HOW WE WORK
A shared question.
A deliberate process.
An initial enquiry starts a conversation about fit, scope and the outcome you need. A paid engagement begins only after the proposal and terms are agreed.
01 Frame the challenge +
We clarify the business context, the people involved, the decisions ahead and the constraints. We agree what success would look like and what is outside the proposed scope.
02 Investigate the real work +
The agreed engagement may include interviews, workshops, process reviews or analysis of materials your team chooses to share. Confidential information is handled under the terms agreed for the engagement.
03 Align around a direction +
We make options and tradeoffs explicit, so your team can choose a direction. Recommendations are discussed with the people responsible for decisions and implementation.
04 Make the plan usable +
Deliverables may include a roadmap, decision map, role definitions, workshop outputs or an adoption plan. The actual outputs, owners, schedule and review rhythm are specified in the proposal.
05 Review and adapt +
Where follow-through support is included, we review progress, surface obstacles and help refine the next steps. Outcomes depend on the agreed scope, available evidence and your team’s implementation.
